 +===== FAQ/ Common Concerns =====
 +
 +==== What really is the second login ====
 +BEYOND offers a "second login" for emergency scenarios where if a license is currently leased to a different computer and that computer becomes damaged and unable to be unleased, you can use the second login in that emergency without the need to contact pangolin.
 +However, if this login is not used as an emergency license, and consistently used as two licenses, eventually the second log in may no longer be available, and you will need to reach out to pangolin support.
 +
 +==== Leasing/ "Start Use" ====
 +Your internet/ account managed licenses are nominally stored on the server in your account. Then you are able to "start use" or lease the license to the computer you are on for the time set in the "edit" window. (Default 7 days) Then you get to disconnect from the internet and both the computer, and the server knows them to be leased for that time. After that time, automatically the computer releases the license, and the server enables the license to be used again. BEYOND will try and automatically re-lease the license if the server is discovered over the internet in order to provide as frictionless use if you mainly just use your license on the same PC.
 +
 +==== Why can't I stop use remotely? ====
 +The lease is active no matter what, if the computer using it is online or not. Thus, the server cannot actively disable the license. Because of this you need to go to the computer with the lease and release it manually so the computer and server can handshake the end of that lease. If you continuously find yourself in this scenario, we recommend you lower the lease time on your license.
 +
 +==== I've never even needed to start use? ====
 +When you first use an account-based license "code" from when you purchased, it asks if you would like to start use immediately. So it probably started your first log in for you. As well, if BEYOND accesses the internet while in use, it will try and re-lease the license automatically, and you may almost never even need to start use. This automatic lease renewal is done for convenience but may lead to inexperience with the leasing/ start use system.
