FB3 Driver blocked by Windows 11 Update 10.0.22621 Notice: 5/22/26
In recent updates of windows, seemingly starting at 10.0.22621, Microsoft changed some rules about driver signatures. But also, only blocks the driver after some time or restarts. We are currently working to fix the issue with a multi-phase approach.
Update: We now have a beta driver which is working for all clients we have sent it to. Please download it here: drivers.zip
You will need to manually update this driver, instructions can be found here (click the photo to enlarge):
Updates will be posted here when we have them.
Our goal is to validate this new FB3 driver and then push in the next installer of both software. And if this problem is resolved this way, this notice will expire and be removed from this page.

The Youtube channels above contain videos of laser shows that can be found in the Pangolin Cloud.
The video titles contain a number. Search for this number in the Pangolin Cloud, to find the exact show that is being showed on the video.
For example when the show is named “Revelation / #1498 / Laser graphic show”, then search for “1498” to locate the show.

Please report any wiki inaccuracies or additions you think should be added to support@pangolin.com with “Wiki Change” in the title. Please include a brief description and any context, photos, or text that you have.
Users may become eligible to be wiki contributors by regularly reporting inaccuracies and providing correct text, photos, and details in support tickets. If you are approved, you will be given an account and will be able to directly edit the wiki. Selection of these contributors will be at the discretion of Pangolin.
